"Bubtown has been wonderful and welcoming to my son Caisyn. He finally feels like he fits in with others like him and feels like a big part of the community with Bubtown. He was graciously welcomed into the group. I am utterly grateful for Bubtown Community and the smiles and laughter my son shares with this group."

"There are not many activities or opportunities that benefit our special needs adults in the community. This non profit organization creates an environment focused on their unique needs, personal growth, social skills and overall happiness. Bubtown also provides the bridge between the general public and our Bubtown friends. As a sister of a special needs brother in this group, I personally have seen the benefits for both myself and my brother, Ryan. Thank you Bubtown Community for all you do." Kylie
"Whitney and I went to San Antonio with Bubtown. We mwt some really good friends and she really enjoyed Morgan's Wonderland. Mostly, she enjoyed being with the Bubtown Community."

"Theressa and I learned to appreciate the Bubtown Community moving to Sherman from Monterey California! Theressa had a very difficult time settling in the limited services available. We gained hope after joining Bubtown Community and the efforts Tobie puts into it."

We became members of the Bubtown Community about 3 years ago. I am a caregiver for 3 autistic young adults. When we first started, I started for them. However, it ended up being as much for me as it is for them. I have met lots of people and now I have an outlet too. People who are going through a lot of the same things that I am. When we get together, we discuss our problems and ways to solve them. It's like having an additional family. I love them all! I would rather be with the Bubtown Community than in other social settings. I feel at home, I feel loved, I feel wanted and that is a great feeling for all of us."

“The day we walked into Tobie’s shop and found out she had a community for special needs adults, my son was so excited and ready to join. It is so hard to find anything social or activities for him to be a part of where he can be himself. Chris loves the excitement and being around people. He loves the different activities: swimming, games, parties, parades, etc. We know Tobie is very passionate about this group and expanding to reach as many families as possible. Everyone is very comfortable with her and her husband and wonderful sweet
son.”

“My story begins when my son was born severely autistic. He is now 22. He had no friends growing up and when covid hit that was the end of school for him. I decided to change our lives by moving to Denison TX where I could be closer to my daughter's and David would be close to his dad. I had my house painted and a man was observing David. He got off the roof, pulled out an old card from his wallet and gave it to me. He said "you need to meet this lady" she has a son like you do." OMG I was excited and couldn't wait. My whole intentions to move and change our lives. And that's exactly what happened. I went to Denison Main Street one day and met Tobie at her shop. She was bright and friendly from day one. She told me about Bubtown and I immediately said "I'm here to help" Tobie and Austin are and will be my inspiration to get up and get out of the house. Because it brings me joy to see my son light up when he sees his friends. I support and promote Bubtown Community with my love and respect for this special group that I'm now a part of . Thank you!"
